| Technical
Merit Award
September's winner of the ever popular Technical Merit Award 2003 in association
with Tillers Turf is Charles Lea who's 45 and lives in South Essex. Charles
has chosen to take a Rally
Driving Intro Course.
Charles
recently started his own Lawn Maintenance business in Essex for residential
households. His service covers all aspects of looking after the lawn, from
laying new lawns, cutting, weeding, feeding, aerating and top dressing. Charles
stumbled across Pitchcare whilst researching lawn care. He says "If I
need to check on something, I am sure I will be able to find the details at
Pitchcare."
Two chances remaining
We are coming to the closing stages of the Award, and getting closer
to the announcement of the winner of the £2000 main prize. There are
only two months to go, so you need to get cracking if you want to put your
name in the hat. The
October stage is now underway and you have until the 31st October at midnight
to answer 8 multiple choice questions and, optionally the topical issue question.
You will receive one free entry into the monthly draw for each multiple
choice question that you answer correctly, and the prize is to be chosen from
this list. If you choose to complete the topical issue question, your
answer will be read by our panel of judges, and you stand a chance of winning
the Technical Merit Award 2003 and a luxury all-inclusive £2000 holiday.
