Day 2 will be held at the same venue on Thursday 5th February 2009.
Supported by BIGGA with 5 CPD points, this two day course is aimed at helping those in a supervisory or management position to acquire a range of vital management skills and successfully implement them in the workplace.
Unlike generic management training, this course has been developed specifically to suit Groundsmen and Greenkeepers.

| Course Objectives |
Delegates will learn how to:
1. Motivate their staff so that they will work willingly to their full potential much sooner.
2. Take charge in any difficult situation and resolve problems much faster.
3. Manage stress and uncertainty and be a positive example to others at all times.
The trainer contacts the delegates before the training and customises the workshop content and exercises to fit their specific development needs.
Delegates have the chance to share their experiences and knowledge with other turf care professionals on the workshop. |
