Country Horse - Low Fructane Mix

A specially designed 'low sugar' mixture for horse paddocks where balanced grazing and a dense turf is required. The mixture also produces excellent hay.

10% Perennial ryegrass (forage type)
15% Meadow fescue
30% Timothy
15% Smooth-stalked meadow-grass
10% Red fescue
10% Tall fescue
10% Cocksfoot

Features:

• Reduces Fructan-content in the grasses and forage, so the risk of Laminitis (painful hoof disease for horses) is reduced
  
• The mixture contains a high amount of species which are known to have a lot fructane content
  
• Mixture can be used for grazing and cutting

Sowing Rate: 15-20kg per acre (37.5-50kg per Ha)
