Lawn Pest Control
Domestic lawn pest control falls into two categories: biological control and chemical control. Biological control can be used by end users who prefer ‘organic’ solutions, they utilise natural predators such as nematodes, lady-bird and lace-wing larvae that break the life-cycle of the pest. Often the problems are with disease that follows on from the pests themselves. These solutions boost the number of natural predators and have no detrimental effect upon the plants themselves.
