Zeba is a unique superabsorbent polymer based on natural corn starch, making it biodegradable, nontoxic and odourless. As a starch-based polymer, Zeba is made up of glucose molecules, which are linked together chemically to become a water-insoluble, net-like matrix in the form of a hydrogel that holds and releases water and nutrients for use by plants as needed.

The result is healthier turf that is less stressed and more vigorous.

Zeba is supplied in 25lb tubs (11.34kg). Each tub can treat up to 600 m2.

Application Rates:

Localized dry spot repair, patch, and compacted areas. 1-2kg/100 m2. Cut grass as short as possible, then aerate lawn. Spread Zeba over area, rake into aeration holes as much as possible, then irrigate. Excess Zeba on surface will subside.

Turfing. 1 kg/100 m2. Spread Zeba before laying turf, lay turf, then water.

Seeding. 1-1.5 kg/100 m2. Broadcast Zeba evenly with the seed onto dry soil area. Rake seed and Zeba into the top 1.25 cm of prepared lawn area and water.

Existing Lawns. 1.5-2 kg/100 m2. Cut grass as short as possible, then aerate lawn. Spread Zeba over area, rake into aeration holes as much as possible, then irrigate. Excess Zeba on surface will subside.

Mechanical injection with Dryject . 1-2 kg/100 m2. Specific method subject to manufacturer's recommendation. Zeba may be mixed with sand, nutrients or substrates.

Delivery: £25 plus Vat for one tub; £10 plus Vat for each subsequent tub.
