Soluble iron, sometimes called iron sulphate, sulphate of iron or ferrous sulphate is a highly soluble iron powder also containing significant levels of the secondary turf nutrient sulphur. Producing a rapid green-up of turf, hardening against winter frost and disease but without producing growth.
Superficially lowers soil pH. Can blacken moss at higher rates. May stain hard standing.
Application rate: 25-50kg per hectare (10,000 square metres)
