Young greenkeeper and dad-to-be dies in US road crash horror

We were saddened to hear of the death of young greenkeeper, Christopher Divers, whilst on an internship in the United States.

His devastated partner Gemma Kelly, 19, is expecting their first child in October. Christopher was to return shortly before the birth in the same month he would have turned 21.

His father Gary is Head Greenkeeper at Crow Wood Golf Club just outside Glasgow and, to allow him and his wife Clare to fly to the States to return Christopher's body to the UK, a fund has been set up by Gemma.

However, PayPal have blocked the GoFundMe account whilst they check its legitimacy! This means that Gary and Clare are currently stuck in the UK.
