Mark Harrod Ltd showcases new innovative designs at Saltex 2010
Leading sports equipment supplier Mark Harrod Ltd has chosen IOG Saltex 2010 to launch a range of designs aimed at improving sports safety.
The company will unveil a range of innovations including a new budget range of self-weighted goals, at the three-day exhibition at the Royal Windsor Racecourse next month
State-of-the-art Soccerena, self-weighted hockey and football goals, team shelters and the new 'NetLok' - a trio of clips that slot into aluminium goalposts and crossbars to provide unbeatable net security, are among the new range of equipment from Mark Harrod Ltd at this years Saltex exhibition.
Mark Harrod said: "Traditional net hooks have always been a headache for groundsmen when using freestanding goals. They can twist and turn with every goal before finally falling off and creating an instant safety hazard. Finding and replacing them is a time-consuming and frustrating task."
The NetLok was designed for heavy use facilities and especially on freestanding goals used on synthetic or academy pitches, he added.
The IOG Saltex 2010, on September 7-9, features live demonstrations, tried and tested products as well as the latest innovations in grounds care, sports facilities, amenities, landscaping and estate management.
Mark Harrod, who has more than 30 years experience as a manufacturer and supplier of sports equipment, is a leading advocate of sports safety with all equipment conforming to the latest British and European Standards.
