Ransomes Reveals New Cushman Hauler Range

Ransomes is the European distributor for the range of Cushman Utility vehicles. The new line of Cushman Hauler utility vehicles includes the Hauler 1200, Hauler 1200 X, Hauler PRO and Hauler PRO-X.

The all-new utility vehicles offer a truck-inspired design, practical dash, large bed and affordable accessories, ensuring there is a product offering to suit all applications. The Hauler PRO and Hauler PRO-X models feature a powerful 72-volt AC electric drive that can go 50 miles on a single charge.

This drive system delivers full-time regenerative braking, redirecting energy back into the vehicle's batteries whenever the brakes are applied, recharging the batteries during use and further extending the vehicle's energy efficiency and range.

All Hauler models are available with a 340-litre (12 cubic feet) durable roto-molded polyethylene bed. The standard poly bed includes integrated divider slots to allow for increased organisation with tie-down points and D-rings. Genuine Cushman bed accessories are also available, e.g. storage attachments for carrying long-handled tools and storage nets.

Functionality extends beyond the bed in the new Hauler design. New features include:

• A standard rear hitch receiver to help crews tow whatever the day demands
• Limited slip differential, standard on most models for ensured traction
• Upgraded premium turf tyres that provide grip without damaging turf
• Optional power dump for heavy lifting
• A unique storage pocket and net within the poly bed to store equipment
• Standard 12-volt outlet for charging radios, tablets and smartphones

The new line up of Hauler utility vehicles includes a highly functional dash that provides a clean, unobstructed line of sight for anyone behind the wheel. The new dash centralises the control panel that houses everything from the directional key switch and standard horn to the state-of-charge meter or fuel gauge and optional bed-lift switch.
