The Director of Grounds and Gardens is a key role at the School, with responsibility for our 150-acre campus and associated gardens. We are seeking an exceptional manager to lead the team, with good technical knowledge, a team-focused approach and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be:-

• A passionate industry professional, with extensive experience of sports turf

• A strong team-player, with a focus on personal development

• An outstanding communicator

• An individual with the ability to develop our grounds, gardens and artificial surfaces, with the ability to meet the ecological objectives of the School
