Amenity Specialist – East Anglia

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Amenity Specialist in our Southern Amenity Team who will be required to cover Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk. The candidate will be reporting directly into the Regional Sales Manager.

The role

To provide a highly professional sales service to maximise profitable sales of products, through sound technological knowledge and excellent relationship building whilst providing outstanding customer satisfaction.

What will an Amenity Specialist be responsible for?

• Achieving sales targets within profitable margins
• Monitoring customer debt
• Establishing effective calling patterns
• Seeking out new sales opportunities
• Providing information to customers on all products and services offered by the company
• Implementing product campaigns as required
• Generating new ideas for driving business forward

The person

This role is responsible for maximising profitable sales and delivering customer satisfaction, we are looking for someone with Amenity knowledge and experience working in a sales environment.

The role is extremely customer focused so great communication skills are essential. The right candidate will need to be people focused and able to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.

You should be confident in problem solving and decision making and have the ability to self-manage, maintain personal development, meeting sales targets and profit objectives.

This role will be permanent, based remotely with the requirement to travel so a clean driving licence is required. A flexible approach to your hours will be essential to meet the seasonality of our business.

Full training on all products and services will be provided as necessary to the successful candidate.
