The four-day trip was a combination of business and social activities and included a day's visit to the Show, held at the impressive Georgia World Congress Centre, informal dinners and a series of focus groups in which distributors and end users discussed the future development of equipment from across the Ransomes Jacobsen product range.

David Withers, Ransomes Jacobsen's Sales and Marketing Director commented,

"From the feedback I've received, everyone enjoyed the experience. The response from end users to the Focus Groups was particularly pleasing and their input has certainly provided us with an indication of the developments they want to see in the next generation of turf maintenance equipment."

David Horne, Head Greenkeeper at Sittingbourne Golf Club in Kent, added,

"The four-day trip was a terrific experience, especially the focus group sessions. We all felt that we have contributed to the future development of the products, both in the UK and in America. I know that I speak on behalf of all the other guestswhen I say that we had a great time, learned a lot about the Ransomes Jacobsen organisation and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience."
