A disaster waiting to happen

A pitch on which even a Ranji Trophy game was not held was straightaway made to host an international game, defying all common sense. Blame the endless heckling and lack of coordination between the sports and executive committees, the lack of accountability, and the appointment of a non-qualified curator who is basically a manufacturer of sports kits.
