August Photo Competition winner is Chris Mitchell!

Congratulations to Chris Mitchell, winner of our August Photo Competition and will receive £100 Pitchcare voucher to use in our Online Store.

The theme for August this month was 'Pond Life' however alhough we had quite a waterlogged August our members seemed to be less inspired with Pond Life. The entries we did receive however were once again of high quality and creativity.

Chris Mitchell, Course Manager at Royal Ashdown Forest Golf Club commented on achieving his winning shot of the dragonfly, 'This male broad bodied chaser was skipping around a small pond on the course. As it is quite small it required a very long telephoto lens to get the shot.'

Our September theme is 'Match Day' with the aim of getting sent in a number of photographs that represent the atmosphere and activities seen on match days and other sports days. Inspiration could come from action shots of play, warm ups, warm down, supporters, catering, something that sums up a match day experience. This theme offers a large opportuinity for you to be creative.
