CalCallabyPat (Cal) Callaby, Workshop Manager at The Celtic Manor Resort in South Wales, has been elected as the new President of the International Golf Course Equipment Managers Association (IGCEMA).

Speaking to Ellie Tait, Cal outlined his plans for the forthcoming year: "This year, as IGCEMA President, I have much to do as we have grown rapidly over the last few years. My intention is to build up the IGCEMA's infrastructure in order to streamline the management of the association, as well as concentrating on our certificate program and Virtual Trade Show, which is due to take place in March. Our profession is gaining credibility since the inception of IGCEMA and I am just happy to be involved in the process".

More information about the Virtual Trade Show, running from 23rd to 25th March, is available at www.virtualgolfshow.com
