Coventry City partnership with Oak Tree Garages

Coventry City's award-winning groundsman will be negotiating his way around the Ricoh Arena turf in style after the club agreed a major partnership.

The Sky Blues have struck up a deal with Oak Tree Garages to supply a Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian to the club, which will help groundsman John Ledwidge with his duties.

As part of the partnership, Oak Tree Garages will see its logo appear on the scoreboard, appear in the matchday programme, have an advertising board and also run a promotional event on a matchday.

Tynan Scope, corporate sales manager at Coventry City, said: "We are delighted to secure this partnership with Oak Tree Garages. It is a company with its roots in Coventry and Warwickshire and it is great that we can work together in this way."

Oak Tree Garages has been operating for 23 years, 16 of which have been at its present location on the A46.

It offers new and used cars along with parts and servicing and is one of the Mitsubishi dealerships in the UK that regularly achieves a five-star customer rating.
