Crocodile Golf Products will make its exhibition debut when it appears at the British and International Golf Greenkeepers Association Show in Harrogate later this month.
Having burst onto the turfcare scene in the spring of 2009 with its range of quality replacement lawn mower cylinder blades and bottom blades, Crocodile Golf Products has continued to develop an extensive range of quality and reliable turfcare products including replacement rotary lawn mower blades, brushes and rollers, filters, slitters and tines as well as a wide variety of agronomy tools and hole cutters.
Manufactured to the highest quality standards from hot-rolled boron-steel sections rolled in their in-house steel-rolling mill in the West Midlands, Crocodile Golf Products have complete control over the manufacturing process from making their own raw material right through to their enviable after-sales service. Such is their confidence that all of their products are sold with a lifetime warranty against faulty manufacture or breakage!
Throughout the whole of last year, Crocodile Golf held a number of Open Day's where greenkeepers and service engineers were invited into the factory to see the products being manufactured and to appreciate the degree of expertise and skill which is needed to produce such precision engineered products. Working closely with greenkeepers and greenkeeper colleges, Crocodile Golf has been able to combine its manufacturing expertise to real-life turfcare-related problems in order to engineer solutions that are both cost saving and effective.
Since the launch of the enterprise, Crocodile Golf has established distributorships in the USA and throughout Europe and the Far East as well as selling directly to golf courses in the U.K. Portugal, Spain and Japan. Managing Director, Ian Marshall commented that 'whilst the economic climate over the last eighteen months has not been easy, it has proved to be an ideal time to introduce a range of high-performance, low-cost, alternative replacement parts in what is clearly a demanding and discerning market. Greenkeepers now have a genuinely good alternative that will offer them a saving in cost without compromising the quality of the tees and greens." And given that membership subscriptions are currently in decline, the last thing that Golf courses need right now is a fall in the standard of the course itself!
The latest initiative to exhibit its products at the Harrogate Show is intended to further establish the 'Crocodile' brand as the Greenkeepers brand of choice and 'reel-in' any new business. The products are on display in Hall A 30 (a) and can be viewed on the web-site on www.crocodilegolfproducts.com
