Officials at Knaresborough Rugby Club have growing concerns that long-awaited new sports facilities at Hay a Park are not going to come to fruition.
Now more than five years since work began on the new housing development at nearby Waterside at Hay a Park, off Halfpenny Lane, the club has been waiting for a new pitch and preparations for a new clubhouse to get under way.
