DENNIS KEEP MOVING FORWARD

By Sue Meeken

Having scooped the Best Marketing Initiative of the Show Award at Saltex 2002, Dennis, the manufacturers of professional grounds care equipment, will this year show how they are pro-actively responding to the needs of the market with its latest product developments.

The entire Dennis team, from designers to field sales staff, have undertaken an intensive R & D programme, asking users to suggest enhancements and added-value features. The first fruits of this forward-thinking initiative will be displayed at the show, to be held at Windsor Racecourse from 2-4 September 2003. DennisActionshotHowa.jpg

Besides constantly seeking a superior turf finish, Dennis machines offer added-value benefits such as reliability, ease of maintenance and low levels of noise and vibration - increasingly important Health and Safety considerations. In addition, a new range of finance options recently introduced enable clubs large and small to spread the costs of owning a Dennis.

Pride of place on the stand will be given to a new golf car, the G150. With the same customer-driven considerations in development as other Dennis machines, the single seater golf car gives older or less agile players access to the game.

"Saltex visitors will see that we literally don't let the grass grow under our feet," says Ian Howard, MD of Dennis. "We pride ourselves on constant improvement and innovation, and we look forward to discussing these latest products and other exciting plans with turf care professionals."

Dennis will be on stand F14 at Windsor at the Saltex show from the 2nd-4th September.
