Enhanced Autoslit on view at BTME

At this years BTME 2013 the Dennis and Sisis brands were represented by a wide selection from the company's highly regarded fine turf maintenance equipment range for both summer and winter sports.

The products on display included an enhanced version of the established Sisis Autoslit pedestrian slitter, which, using a combination of user feedback and the very latest manufacturing techniques, has been the subject of a dedicated design and performance enhancement programme.

The purpose built Autoslit is easy to operate and ideally suited to outfield and fine turf work to aid both compaction reduction and water percolation. A choice of interchangeable tines is available to suit differing ground conditions & leave minimal surface disruption. Working width and depth are 900mm (36") & 150mm (6") respectively. The Autoslit also incorporates a rear smoothing roller and cantilever system to lift easily out of operation.

Design enhancements made to the Autoslit include a new chassis design to provide optimum durability and robustness, and the addition of an ergonomically designed control handle for increased operator comfort. Power is supplied by a tried and tested Honda engine.
