The 2nd Charity Greenkeeper Quiz Night is taking place at the St George Hotel on Tuesday 23rd January. Free entry includes a couple of beers and a free chilli supper, last year more £600 pounds was raised for the National Deaf Childrens Society, this years charity is 'Riders for Health' which is finding ways to deliver healthcare to rural communities in Africa.
We wont be asking you to identify turfgrass diseases, it a fun night, not work! Questions will be general knowledge, music, visual, trivia etc. We have room for thirty teams (4 players per team), don't worry if you don't have a team, we will put together some teams on the night. First prize is £200, 2nd £100 and third £40 plus spot prizes throughout the evening.
