Who are you? Richard Engall, Head Greenkeeper at Bushfoot Golf Club.

Family status? Married to Ruth. We have two children; Eden is almost two and Freddie is five months.

Who's your hero and why? Everyone's mum and dad should be their heroes!

What would you change about yourself? I would like my hair back, which has become less abundant recently!

What's your guilty pleasure? Nineties and noughties music and a glass of wine on a Saturday night.

What's been the highlight of your career so far? Being appointed Head Greenkeeper here at Bushfoot and working in the team at Royal Portrush for televised tournaments.

Which three people, living or dead, would you invite to a dinner party? My wife and two kids; they make me the happiest!

If you could be anyone for a day, who would it be and why? Arsene Wenger, so I could finally buy Arsenal a big name striker.

Do you have any bad habits? Quite a few, but I'm not prepared to divulge them here!

...or any good ones? Treating people with the respect with which I like to be treated myself.

Do you go to bed worrying about the next day's workload? Never. If I encounter a problem, I solve it that day so I can go home with a clear mind.

What are you reading at the moment? I browse at night, reading anything and everything!

What are your pet peeves? Lateness, doing things half heartedly and rudeness.

If you could go anywhere right now, where would it be? Cyprus. What a wonderful place.

What's the best part of your job? Early mornings when its quiet and peaceful working on the course.

... and the worst? Golfers who hit balls while I am on the green.

Do you have a lifetime ambition? To be the best father I can to my beautiful kids.

Favourite record, and why? Art of Trance - Madagascar (Richard Durand remix). It brings back a lot of memories.

Who would you choose to spend a romantic evening with? My wife, Ruth.

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Buy a castle with a moat.

What's the best advice you have ever been given? Don't jump into anything without thinking it through first.

What's your favourite smell? Brand new bouncy balls.

What do you do in your spare time? Try to play a bit of golf, spend time with the kids, and all the handyman duties associated with marriage.

What's the daftest work related question you have ever been asked? "Are you catching much?"; when standing with a switch cane letting golfers putt out. To be fair, I was standing beside a river at the time.

What's your favourite piece of kit? John Deere 8800 rotary rough mower - it will literally cut through anything.

What three words would you use to describe yourself? Approachable, driven and enthusiastic.

What talent would you like to have? Would love to play the piano

What law/legislation would you like to see introduced? When driving; people who sit at 28mph in a 60mph zone should automatically lose their licence.
