Who's your hero? Tom Graveney (1953 Wisden Cricketer of the Year and ICC Hall of Famer).

What would you change about yourself? Nothing.

What's your guilty pleasure? Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.

What's been the highlight of your grounds career so far? Having international cricketers play on the ground.

What are your pet peeves? Untidy cricketers.

If you could go anywhere right now, where would it be? I'm looking forward to going to the US and Canada.

What's the best part of your job? Sitting on a mower in the countryside.

… and the worst? Frustration at any lack of help.

Do you have a lifetime ambition? I'm fulfilling it soon - going to a Rolling Stones concert.

Favourite record, and why? Everlasting Love as covered by Love Affair.

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Buy new mowers.

Which three people, living or dead, would you invite to a dinner party? Mick Jagger, Nelson Mandela and Derek Dougan (former iconic 1970s Wolves FC strike partnership with now-Pitchcare director John Richards).

If you could be anyone for a day, who would it be and why? Graeme Hick (cross-format England cricketer of the 1990s).

Do you have any bad habits? I don't do the gardening.

What's your favourite smell? My wife's perfume (Chanel No5).

What do you do in your spare time? Holidays and playing cricket.

What three words would you use to describe yourself? Laid-back, economical, caring.

What talent would you like to have? I'd have loved to play professional football.

What law/legislation would you like to see introduced? I'd somehow enforce tidiness.
