Golfbuggyhire awarded royal warrant

Shuttle 6 CoverGolfbuggyhire, the specialist vehicle hire management company based at Haydock in Merseyside, has been awarded the Royal Warrant in recognition of their ongoing service to the Royal Household.

Royal Warrant holders are united by their commitment to the highest standards of service, quality and excellence and must have supplied the Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh or the Prince of Wales for at least five years before applying for approval.

Strict regulations govern the warrant, which allows Golfbuggyhire to use the legend 'By Appointment' and display the Royal coat of arms on their products, at their premises and on delivery vehicles.

The company, which specialises in supplying golf buggies, small utility vehicles and large motor vehicles to festivals and major events across the UK, has been serving the Royal household with bespoke buggy hire since 2005.

In March 2009 and June 2010 the company supplied Buckingham Palace with two E-Z-GO electric TXT Shuttles fitted with all-weather enclosures. Based on a stretched golf buggy, these vehicles can accommodate six people in comfort and are used for transporting visitors and guests around the grounds of Buckingham Palace.

Martin Wickes, Managing Director commented, "The granting of the Royal Warrant is certainly a major achievement for our company and a credit to all Golfbuggyhire employees. Organisations that receive this Royal seal of approval must provide the highest service standards and it therefore recognises the ethos of service excellence that permeates our business."

About Golfbuggyhire Golfbuggyhire operates from bases in London and Manchester, providing event clients with a level of service and choice of vehicles that surpasses expectations.
