Hunter rewards contractor's contribution to UK sales

Representatives from irrigation systems company Hunter Industries attended the BIGGA Turf Management Exhibition at Harrogate recently to present its 'Trailblazer' award to Martin Hinchliffe from North Staffs Irrigation.

The scenic framed painting recognises the effort made by the Midlands-based firm to raise the profile of Hunter products in the UK and Europe.

2004 was another successful year for the family run company, who completed major installations using Hunter products at Griffon Forest Golf & Country Club, Bovey Castle in Devon and at Burnley Golf Club.

Director Martin Hinchliffe, pictured in the centre receiving his award from Hunter's European Sales Manager Santiago Casanella Roca (left) and Golf Sales Manager John Shepherd, was delighted that the company's efforts had been recognised: "We've supplied and installed Hunter products for more than 10 years because they offer the latest irrigation technology coupled with the reliability that sports turf managers demand. This, combined with the excellent after-sales service we receive from its UK distributor Evenproducts, enables us to provide the very best service to our client base."
