Kings of the Castle !

A recent dealer open day organised by Lister Wilder provided an ideal launch pad for Mantis U.K. to demonstrate and promote the newly re-introduced Classen range of professional turf equipment to the UK market.

The event took place at the prestigious Leeds Castle estate in Kent and co-incided with glorious early Spring weather. Held within the Leeds Castle Golf Course this provided machinery and equipment suppliers to regional dealer Lister Wilder a superb opportunity to display and actively promote their wares to a very high quality audience of invited professional guests.

As suppliers to Lister Wilder, Mantis UK Ltd accepted this offer to exhibit both the Classen range of high powered professional turf machinery and the Little Wonder range of debris management equipment. The degree of interest shown was superb with buyers from Local Councils, Private Schools, Golf Courses, Horticultural Colleges and Private Estates all in evidence.

Their stand was high above the course overlooking the castle where the Classen and Little Wonder product ranges were on display and available for demonstration.

Mantis UK Ltd, part of the Schiller Grounds Care group of companies, which manufacture both the Classen and Little Wonder ranges in its US factories drew significant interest with the Sod Cutter, Aerator and Turf Rake being tested on the surrounds of the 8thgreen. Commenting on the day, Mantis UK M.D. David Goose felt that the exercise had been more than worthwhile with orders expected to be confirmed shortly after the event.
