Toro Irrigation distributor Lely UK has appointed Roger Lupton to the position of area sales representative for the residential/commercial side of the business. Roger will be working closely with irrigation contractors and end-user customers to develop business opportunities in market sectors including sports, landscaping, local government and residential garden installations.
In addition, Roger has been tasked with developing business for the Otterbine range of lake and pond aerators and aerating fountains, which Lely also distributes in the UK.
"This is a very challenging role, and I'm looking forward to growing the business for both Toro Irrigation and Otterbine. Both manufacturers produce very high quality products and I'm delighted to be working with them."
Roger brings extensive irrigation experience to the new role. He joins Lely from irrigation distributor the Revaho Company, based near Liverpool, and was previously with horticultural suppliers LBS Group, in Colne, Lancashire.
