Agricultural, Groundcare and Construction machinery suppliers Lister Wilder has achieved a landmark Gold+ standard in the Kubota Dealer Service Excellence Awards programme, a milestone not seen before in the Kubota dealer network.
Five branches were presented with awards, which included 1 Bronze for Cirencester, 3 Golds for Ashford, Devizes and Ockham and the prestigious Gold+ for Reading.
The awards are assessed and presented every two years by Kubota UK, and are based on dealer equipment, facilities and commitment to training. Customer service also plays a key role based on the Kubota customer satisfaction survey, which is submitted to customers after every product sold.
The assessments were carried out across Kubota's entire dealer network of 140 suppliers, but only one achieved Gold+.
Keith Miller, Service and Training Manager at Kubota UK, commented: "The Gold+ award puts Lister Wilder at the pinnacle of service excellence and we'd like to wish them a big congratulations. It's a very challenging feat but they've worked very hard and deserve the credit.
"At Kubota, our mantra is 'service excellence through training' so the achievement is in recognition of the resources and training being conducted throughout the branches. They all had the drive and desire to become the best and we appreciate their hard work."
