The new look Grassline Titan spray marker was unveiled at this year's Saltex exhibition; it now features a 30 litre tank with full accessibility to the battery and pump through the front hood.
The Titan spray marker is hand built in the UK and, as a consequence, maintenance is extremely easy with all parts instantly replaced.
The pump is driven by a heavy duty battery, which can be lifted out for charging away from the marker if required, and will provide a full day's marking from one overnight charge (an automatic charger is supplied as standard).
The 30 litre tank (sufficient for marking three average size football pitches) features a ¼ turn sealed lid and large filling aperture with a deep filter. The Titan also features an integrated mixing system.
The spray arm, which carries the two spray nozzles, can be elevated for vehicle transportation to protect the spray gliders and nozzles against damage. The user has the choice of marking with one or both nozzles. Normal line marking needs only one nozzle but, for those special pitches or matches that need extra bright white lines, usually achieved by a double marking pass, by using both spray nozzles the Titan can achieve this with only one pass.
The Titan can spray a 2, 3 or 4 inch wide line and can be used for marking grass pitches, synthetic pitches or hard surfaces. Hard surface line marking is achieved by reducing the spray pressure and, therefore, the volume of paint delivered to the nozzles
