New Solo flail mowers from Claymore Grass Machinery

Claymore Grass Machinery has announced three new heavy-duty Solo flail mowers for the 2004 season.

Designated the 526 range, all the models are powered by Honda engines.

The 526 is available in 50cm (20in), 60cm (24in) and 75cm (30in) cutting widths and are

designed for easy management of tall grass, rougher areas, overgrown brush and thicker shrubbery.

Manoeuvrability is a major feature of these machines and a low centre of gravity makes bank work a breeze.

Engineered for durability and reliability the models 526-60 and 526-75 feature individual replaceable Y-blades for optimum shredding of the clippings which circulate several times beneath the deck giving a clean mulching action.

The Model 526-50 is powered by a Honda GX160 5.5hp engine has a 50 cm width of cut and one forward speed. RRP £1527.66.

Model 526-60 has a Honda GX200 6.5hp engine, 60cm width of cut and two forward and reverse gears. RRP £2259.58

The top-of-the-range 526-75, the professional's friend, has a 75cm cutting width, two forward and reverse gearbox and is powered by a mighty 9hp Honda GX270 engine.
