The Board is the local authority for education, library and youth services in South Belfast, most of Co Down and a small part of Co Antrim and the Grounds Maintenance Service Unit is responsible for the upkeep of lawns, flowerbeds and sports facilities, landscaping work and for the capital improvement of grounds for schools and other SEELB sites.

Andrew Ferguson, Broderick's Northern Ireland Sales Manager said, "We were invited to demonstrate the Parkway as part of a Best Value tender and were obviously delighted when we were selected as the Board's preferred supplier. The major factors in winning the contract apart from the robustness of the Parkway were our service and after sales reputation and our competitive pricing.

"The Ransomes Parkway 2250 features a powerful 38hp Kubota diesel engine and 2.15m cutting width that ensures maximum productivity under the toughest conditions. On demand 4-wheel drive for better traction and a choice of cutting cylinders makes the Parkway the ideal machine to meet the demands of the SEELB's Grounds Maintenance team."
