Press Release

Preparations are well under way for this year's Reaseheath Sports Turf Machinery Show, with indications that it is going to be even more successful than last year's bonanza event.

Most manufacturers and suppliers have repledged their support for the Wednesday, July 6, event by re-booking exhibition space and there has been a surge of interest from new exhibitors.

Last year's event in Nantwich, Cheshire, attracted over 50 traders and proved an ideal networking opportunity for green keepers and groundsmen, course managers and grounds managers. More than £6 million worth of cutting edge equipment was demonstrated on Reaseheath College's sporting facilities and business deals were concluded.

Confirming that demand had outstripped that of last year, event team member Richard Murray said that enquiries had been coming in from all over the country.

He said: "We feel that we have got the format right for this show. Most exhibitors welcome the opportunity to display their equipment in a real working environment. Practically all the exhibitors from last year's show are joining us again this year, and we have received quite a lot of new enquiries from people who have heard good reports about the show."

As last year, representatives from industry training bodies such as the IOG and BIGGA will be present.

Limited space is available. Free parking and entry for spectators. Industry employees particularly welcome.
