Rotarola rescues Roger

When Roger Morris of Catkin Landscapes in Stanton Harcourt lost every piece of his machinery in a burglary he needed immediate replacements to fulfil his contracts.RotarolUser.jpg

A call to Peter Millin at Lawn Mower Sales and Service in nearby North Leigh near Witney resulted in him being supplied with two Masport Rotarola 46cm/18in self propelled rotary mowers.

Roger reckons although he obviously is not happy with the theft, the Masports are streets ahead of the mowers he lost.

The machines are used to cut the fine lawn areas on his contracts, and are used around twenty hours a week.

Although recommended by Lawn Mower Sales & Service, Roger was swayed towards the Masports as he figured they represented the best value for money in his price range.

The Rotarola is one of a range of Masport mowers imported by Claymore Grass Machinery of Bidford-on-Avon.

A Briggs & Stratton 4.5hp XTE 45 engine powers the mower.

Other features include ergonomic design handlebars and cast aluminium chassis. The machines are fitted with rear rollers and fabric grass catchers and cutting height is adjusted via single lever from 20mm-60mm.
