Same Deutz-Fahr UK appoints new territory manager for Ireland and North Wales

Same Deutz-Fahr UK has appointed Dylan Roberts as its new territory manager for Ireland and North Wales - both of which are now key areas for the company's tractor brands.

Dylan comes to SDF after ten years at Lynx Engineering where he was technical sales development manager. Lynx marketed a range of front linkage and pto systems plus tractor loaders - some of which were fitted to new Same tractors.

Born and raised on his parent's dairy farm in North Wales, Dylan says he has an in depth knowledge of farm machinery and the requirements of the industry.

"I have always had a passion for tractors," he insists. "One of my first jobs was as an apprentice with a local Same dealer."

Dylan, who has a degree in Agricultural Engineering, is married to Caroline and they have a nine-month daughter.

"I am joining SDF at a really exciting time in the company's development," he says. "There has never probably been a time when the company's tractor range has been so strong. There are now tractor models to meet the needs of all sectors of the industry."
