This activity should be carried out on a regular basis, and to make it self-sufficientSISIS has introduced the new Brush-Pro, a self-propelled ride-on brush system unit.

SISISBrush-Prois an upgraded and improved version of theSISIS Rosca. This new 2012 version has a more modern design, more responsive manoeuvrability, and overall advancements in the mechanism of the machine making it better ergonomically and more operator friendly - with features such as an electric start and hydrostatic drive for forward and reverse.

The Brush-Probrushing system consists of a pair of mid mounted oscillating brush units for thorough periodic aggressive maintenance and three rear mounted brushes for routine, frequent maintenance, causing less compaction than conventional drag brushes. When in operation, the brushes stand the carpet fibres up whilst the infill is re-distributed.

This maintains the infill at a constant depth thus reducing pile damage caused by low infill levels. It also minimises compaction on the surface and results in consistent playing characteristics.

This is a towed rotary brush, to compliment the Brush-Pro, and would restore the surface to maximum performance and life.

The unit is complete with a hopper that collects the infill; removing any debris from the surface and sifts the infill via its stainless steel mesh bottom. The clean infill material is then returnedto the carpet. The height of the brush can be adjusted hydraulically depending on the intensity required and to accommodate brush wear.
