The National Cricket Playing Survey offers you the chance to have your say and influence the future of the cricket you play.

This year's survey is the shortest ever and will only take around 10 minutes of your time. You can give feedback on your satisfaction with the game, the effectiveness of any changes you've experienced, and your thoughts on how your club cricket should continue to change.
