Commenting David Withers said, "Definitely the best yet! This four-day trip continued the pattern set in previous visits combining business with social activities and from the feedback I've received, it was definitely the best yet. The day we spent at the Show was great; the size of the Jacobsen stand and the amount of equipment was truly impressive.

This was also the American launch of MagKnife and it was received with huge enthusiasm by the golfing world over there. We had a couple of informal dinners and a well attended series of focus groups which discussed the future development of equipment from across the Ransomes Jacobsen product range. I was particularly pleased with the response from end users to the focus group sessions and their input has certainly provided us, and our American colleagues, with an indication of the developments they want to see in the next generation of turf maintenance equipment."

John Moorhouse, Course Manager at Brockett Hall summed up the trip saying, "It was a terrific experience, exceptionally well organised and the hospitality in San Diego was fantastic. Everyone got on so well and the focus groups sessions generated some lively debate. Speaking for all the other guests I can say that we had a great time, learned a lot about the Ransomes Jacobsen organisation and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience."
