Tillers get CPD Turf Seminar Approval

Tillers Turf can now offer free CPD-approved seminars for architects and other specifiers of turf.

Following a lengthy approval process Tillers Turf has been awarded CPD accreditation for the seminars they deliver. This is a free service which helps architects understand the issues behind the selection and specification of turf most suited both to site conditions and to the required use.

Tillers Turf is the first turf grower to offer a fully accredited CPD seminar for architects. Attendance at the presentations can then be put towards required CPD (Continued Professional Development) hours.

The Presentation can be tailored to the needs of the audience. It is entitled FOCUS ON TURF - specification, installation and sustainable maintenance of turf in the landscape. The seminar includes an introduction to the key processes of turf production and how they relate to turf quality, a guide on how to identify the correct type of turf for different uses, a discussion on best practice for laying turf, and a programme for sustainable maintenance.
