WiedenmannTerra Spike GXi 8HD Wiedenmann UK reports that for Harrogate 2011 they will be concentrating on value and versatility. In a new place - this time in Hall C, stand 45 - all Wiedenmann machines on show will be making a virtue of their "low cost per use".

"Robust build quality and technically excellent engineering mean our machines are built to last, says Chas Ayres, Wiedenmann UK's Sales Manager. "Our clients know that they can easily get ten years' regular service from a Terra Spike. Over time, regular deep aeration can save a golf course or a local authority a hefty amount in turf care maintenance. Resolving compaction problems and promoting gaseous exchange far below the surface prevents costly remedial work, course closures or water logged pitches. Substantial time savings can be made and staff deployed in other areas."

Now with a fleet of ten Terra Spike deep aerators from which to choose, three of the most popular - the GXi8 HD, the XF and the XP will all line up for the January show. Next to them will be the Super 500, the archetypal multi-tasker which can be used for sweeping, leaf collection, verticutting or flail mowing.

Other machines on view will be the Terra Float, Terra Rake and Terra Slit, Wiedenmann's trio of surface condition equipment.
