PR4153 St George\'s Hill Lawn TCSt George's Hill Lawn Tennis Club opts for two Otterbine fountains

When the time came to replace the 10-year old fountain at St George's Hill Lawn Tennis Club Colin Elliott, operations manager, decided to opt for not just one Equinox decorative aerating fountain, but two!

"We have used TopTurf Irrigation for a number of years and have always found them to be professional and reliable," says Colin.

"So when our old fountain broke we got in touch and were shown a range of options. The quantity and quality of the fountains on display by Otterbine were much better than any others I saw.

"We have the capability to have two fountains and thought two Equinox aerating fountains would add a real 'wow' factor to the lake as well as improving the water quality. Not only has it done this, but the clarity of the water is greatly improved, too."

The Equinox is part of the decorative line of Otterbine fountains. The symmetry of the spray pattern is both elaborate and intricate and in fact is typically associated with architectural fountains.

Two in the same lake, as in the case of St George's Hill Lawn Tennis Club, Weybridge, Surrey, creates great impact and will really help water quality.

Oxygen is added into the water column for the most natural solution to controlling algae, aquatic weeds and foul odours, and as Colin has noticed also makes water clear.

But it's not just Colin who's impressed, members and staff at the club are, too. "All feedback received has been positive and, even though we have two fountains instead of one operating now, noise has been reduced."
