Commitment to the environment

Pitchcare care passionately about the environment and as such make every effort to work in partnership with environmentally friendly companies and quarries. These pebbles are sourced from a quarry that has commissioned a badger survey to secure the safety of the local endangered population. Environmental experts have also helped to develop quarrying techniques that lead to the formation of natural wetlands, forming a natural habitat for Morayshire's varied flora and fauna. Trees and shrubs are also planted to further encourage birds and ducks to the area.
