Medallion TL utilises brand new innovative Contact+ activity developed for the sole purpose of providing the opportunity to maintain high levels of disease control.
Medallion TL is a very fast acting fungicide that works by directly targeting disease pathogens on the leaf, in the thatch and at the soil surface; this allows Medallion TL to deliver a quick answer to turf disease and is proven to give long lasting protection throughout the lower temperature months ranging Autumn to early Spring.
Also available in a 3 litre pack.
Medallion TL is a broad-spectrum turf disease fungicide, specifically approved for the control of:
Due to Medallion TL's ability to target pathogens, numerous additional benefits arise such as helping prevent against disease infection during and after renovation work - which is usually known to increase risk and trigger disease infection.
The fludioxonil in Medallion TL works in such a way that when it makes contact with pathogenic spores it disrupts the regulation of osmosis (osmoregulation) and results in the disease pathogen cells rapidly absorbing water to such a point that their cell walls can no longer maintain rigidity and explode, therefore nullifying the threat of the pathogens.
When to Apply
Medallion TL has no restrictions on the period of use, however, it is highly effective at providing turf with time-extensive protection during the slow turf growth periods of the cooler months of the year ranging from Autumn all the way through to early Spring.
Approved Areas to use Medallion TL
Medallion TL has received specific approval for use on all Managed Turf as well as Amenity Grassland; this includes Bowling Greens, Croquet, Golf Courses, Football Pitches in addition to numbers other sports turf surfaces.
