P1020798 1Following on from the success of the flagship KB3 Buffalo Debris Blower, Lloyds and Co of Letchworth, UK distributor for Buffalo Turbine Blowers for three years now, has introduced two new models to the range; the KB4 and CPTO.

The KB4 Blower is an advanced version of the original yet still retains the unique lightweight tubular steel frame. The latest development includes a powerful Kohler electronically governed, 27hp Command Pro engine along with technologically advanced turbine, to give an even more outstanding performance.

Billy McMillan, Course Manager at Tyrrells Wood Golf Course is a very familiar figure in the industry and has been using a Buffalo Turbine Debris blower since 2004/5. "I have been around a long time and seen a lot of innovative products, but every now and again an exceptional piece of kit is developed that revolutionises the way in which a job is tackled. The Buffalo Blower is undoubtedly one of those rare machines. I can't praise it enough, it is the best complimentary piece of equipment for the greenkeeper and I'm not exaggerating when I say I could find work for this blower every day of the year."

He continued "We have a huge number of trees on our course and the Buffalo works solid for three months on keeping the course clear during the autumn period. The bi-directional nozzle allows us to get in and around and behind any obstacle easily. Being tractor mounted it certainly packs a punch, its manoeuvrable and never ever goes wrong. When not clearing leaves, we are dispersing grass cuttings, blowing in top dressing or removing debris from paths, walkways and carparks. It is a workhorse of the highest order and I for one would recommend it to anyone without hesitation."

The new CPTO Cyclone PTO Debris Blower supersedes the previous machine taking up the 'work horse' mantle and yet is still the lightest (weighing only 108kg -238lbs) now with direct drive gearbox to make most powerful PTO driven, turbine debris blower available in the UK.

The CKB4 model is fitted with an enhanced wireless, water resistant handheld remote transmitter control system, which controls engine speed and operation as well as the bi-directional nozzle, with range available to handle different types and density of waste material.
"The 'KB' blower, without a doubt, radically changed the debris blower industry." said Clive Nottingham, Managing Director of Lloyds "There is no doubt in my mind that Buffalo Turbine Blowers exhibit superior manufacturing standards and have on-going commitment to quality and service. This means we are fortunate to be able to continue providing the industry with the "Best Blower on Earth".

Lloyds have always worked closely with turf professionals responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of a whole range of sports surfaces, including those used for golf, rugby, football, cricket, tennis and bowls. They manufacture and supply, robust, quality products engineered to give outstanding performance and trouble free service. Details of the range of Paladin pedestrian mowers, Leda Gang Mowers, Top Dressers, Maredo Turfcare Systems, Greenline Flail Collectors and Buffalo Turbine Blowers is on
