Our extensive range of total weed killers can be used to control all vegetation on a variety of surfaces. Products in this range include glyphosate-based herbicides such as Asteroid Pro and Roundup. Glyphosate is an extremely effective, non-selective, systemic active substance used to control weeds and grasses. Other non-selective herbicides include the active substance flazasulfuron which can be used both pre- and post-emergence due to its long-lasting residual effect; and acetic acid which is a fast-acting contact herbicide with no residual effects.
Products within our extensive range of selective herbicides can be used when a more targeted approach is required. Selective herbicides target specific weeds in a range of situations from lawns and amenity turf to ornamental plantings. Targeted weeds are dependent on the active substance in the selected product but could include difficult to control weeds such as ragwort, bracken or Japanese knotweed. Most selective weed killers have been specifically formulated to prevent damage to turf and surrounding foliage, which is imperative when treating weeds in sports stadiums, lawns, and other areas in which turf or plant health is an important factor.
