The business park, located opposite the old British Sugar Beet Factory at Allscott, Telford comprises office accommodation, 7 insulated warehouse units with a total of 65,000 sq feet and an adjacent field.

Managing Director Dave Saltman said; "Telford is a central location which suits the needs of our business and workforce. The site has been hugely significant in contributing towards excellent business growth in recent years. When we were aware the site was up for sale, we explored options to purchase, and funding the purchase through a staff pension scheme looked like the perfect solution. We were overwhelmed by the response from our employees."

"We have expanded our staff numbers from 34 to 70 in the last four years, so acquiring the extra office space and making improvements to accommodation, access and site facilities is critical going forward."

The company's Operations Director, John Richards, added; "Key factors in our decision to commit to developing our business here at Allscott were our existing staff and the availability of quality new recruits. We like to give local youngsters a chance, and we have not been disappointed. Currently, we have three apprentices working in various parts of the business, together with four full-time staff who started off as apprentices with us."

Geoff Barrow (Financial Director) commented; "Creating a pension scheme which has excellent return for stakeholders as well as enhanced flexibility for the business, was in the interest of all parties. The acquisition has provided future security and stability for the business and staff, which is extremely positive for all concerned".
