Tildenet Unveil Brand New Cricket Practice Dome at Saltex 2007
Tildenet have developed a brand new cricket cage that allows cricket practice outdoors in any weather.
The Tildenet Cricket Practice Dome can be single or multi-bay and is full length including the bowler run-ups. The attractive dome shape is covered by polythene to protect against the elements with netting along the sides to allow air to circulate within the structure.
The structure is then fitted with Tildenet Cricket Netting that can be fixed permanently or by using a trackway to enable single bay or multi bay practice. This unique design means that in hot weather the Cricket Practice Dome feels cooler than the outside, whilst in colder conditions the structure creates a warmer climate and prevents precipitation from interrupting practice.
The Cricket Practice Dome was first unveiled at Saltex2007 and created a huge interest within the industry. Lawrence Green of Tildenet said: "We are delighted with the huge interest taken in our new product. This Practice Dome will allow all clubs and schools with no indoor facility to train in a safe and comfortable environment. The Cricket Practice Dome allows all year round practice by bringing the indoors outdoors".
