Who are you? Michael Atherton (no, not that one!) Head Groundsman, King William's College in the Isle of Man.

Family status? Married to the job!!!

Who's your hero and why? Che Guevara, because he wouldn't take no for an answer, and would not be deterred from following his beliefs.

What is your dream holiday? A lake in Alaska, log cabin, old wooden pier, homemade fishing rod, northern lights, no phone, no computer… just me and the wilderness.

What annoys you most? Traffic jams.

What would you change about yourself? I'd like to arrest the recession of my hairline.

Who wouldn't you like to be? Sepp Blatter … when cornered by Ian Holloway!

Favourite record, and why? Dire Straights - Brothers in Arms. The first record I can remember purchasing, also the only record where I like every song.

Who would you choose to spend a romantic evening with? P!nk

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Cash the cheque.

If you were to describe yourself as a musical instrument, what would you be and why? Bagpipes - loud and annoying.

What's the best advice you've ever been given? To trust my judgement and back myself.

What's your favourite smell? Fresh air.

What do you do in your spare time? What spare time?!

What's the daftest work related question you've ever been asked? Why don't you roll cricket squares all day?

What's your favourite piece of kit? Barry Pace inspired divining rods … 'made with love and affection'.

What three words would you use to describe yourself? Passionate, committed and vocal.

What talent would you like to have? To be able to swim ... properly!

What makes you angry? Conmen, or people that try to pull the wool over my eyes so they can make a quick profit … even more so when these people prey on unknowing, unsuspecting, or overly trusting people. These people need to be weeded out, exposed and held accountable for the trails of destruction that they regularly leave in their wake.

What law/legislation would you like to see introduced? Two years compulsory national service.
