Whether you want a full installation of match or practice facility, simply want to replace the carpet on your existing strip, have a maintenance programme specifically designed for your needs or simply want to order accessories, Cricket Carpets Direct can help.

Technical Surfaces has experience of the very first artificial cricket pitches installed by Dunlop back in the 1970's. It is this history that has led the company to re-establishing their relationship with Playrite who have been manufacturing woven cricket pitches since 1988 and are the sole supplier of woven cricket carpets to the ECB (England and Wales Cricket Board.

Jonathan Gunn, Technical Director, Technical Surfaces comments: "Having installed my first artificial cricket pitch back in 1979, cricket systems have always been close to my heart. I am pleased that we can now offer all schools and clubs, at whatever level, first class installations at an affordable price."

With the present economic climate both companies are well aware that schools and clubs must ensure that their budgets go further, and that they obtain the best value for money. With Technical Surfaces' installation experience and this direct link with the manufacturer, they are now able to supply the best quality cricket carpets at some of the lowest prices for a decade.

Craig Pickles, Managing Director, Playrite comments: "As the sole supplier of woven carpets to the ECB accredited cricket suppliers we take great pride in the quality of our carpets and the way they have been manufactured since 1988. We were delighted to re-establish links with Technical Surfaces who also have a long standing in the industry."
