Ferrosol

Ferrosol Liquid Iron containing 6% Fe is ideal for use any time of the year when turf is in need of a quick green-up without the stimulation of growth.

Benefits of Ferrosol

  • A unique iron-nitrogen bonded complex which provides a quick green-up of turf without overstimulation of growth and without wheel marks or blackening.
  • Ferrosol can be mixed easily in water and is immediately available for spray or drench application.
  • Economical to use
  • Ideal for use at any time when turf is in need of a green-up boost and in the autumn will harden the turf and strengthen it against disease.
  • Will tank mix with all Farmura Organic Liquids and wtih all Farmura NPK Super Concentrate Liquid Fertilisers.
Best Practice Where to Use
  • Apply to growing turf or plants where appropriate
  • Avoid spraying in the heat of day
  • For even coverage on waxy leaves Ferrosol can be used with quality wetting agents
  • Variability — rates recommended usually provide satisfactory results for four weeks or more.
    However results may vary depending on level of fertility and environmental conditions.
  • Nitrogen content at 1 L per 500 m2 is equivalent to 150 g per 500 m2 or 3 kg/ha.

For large orders, please be aware that if you require a smaller 7.5 tonne lorry, the maximum weight for pallets is 750 kg - otherwise the standard pallet size limit of 1000 kg applies.
