Your Golf Travel's reputation as Europe's largest golf travel company has been further endorsed after signing an exciting agreement to become the official travel partner of talkSPORT - the world's biggest sports radio station.

The London-based firm has forged a new partnership with the station that will see the two organisations join forces to promote golf to a wider audience across the UK and Europe.

Since being launched in 1995, talkSPORT has steadily grown its share of the broadcast audience to 2.9million listeners in the UK every week making it a firm favourite amongst sports fans, as well as becoming a 24-hour sports station in April this year.

Ross Marshall, co-founder of Your Golf Travel who finalised the deal at last month's Ryder Cup, said: "We believe there is a great synergy between the two companies and we're excited at the prospect of working together.

"From low-key starts, both companies have grown rapidly to establish themselves as market leaders in their respective industries and the new relationship will be very beneficial in future promotional campaigns we run - and will offer sport-mad talkSPORT listeners great-value golf travel options over the airways."

Adam Bullock, managing director of talkSPORT, said: ''We are all very excited about this new venture and with access to over 1.1million golfers, industry stakeholders and possible future sponsors - we see golf as a real area of growth for our business as well as a fantastic platform to entertain existing clientele.''

The agreement is the second major partnership that Your Golf Travel has signed in the last month after teaming up with golf management experts Troon Golf to create The Troon Golf Collection, offering golfers an exclusive selection of luxury golfing destinations in the UK and abroad.

Your Golf Travel is committed to providing the lowest prices on the best golfing holidays and breaks on the planet and offers more than 3,000 venues in 22 countries worldwide through its website and brochure.

The firm offers a range of innovative golf breaks, including 'inside the ropes' packages to major championship venues, allowing you to follow in the footsteps of the pros, as well as exceptional tailor-made breaks to the Masters, The Ryder Cup and The Open Championship. They were infamous for once offering a £1 golf break.
